Pure telemarketing scam. "Misty" from merchant services called regarding some "upgrade policy charges" w/o cost, only in exchange of confirm some information. As if I did not know they sell my info.

That cooperation doesn't exist. Google showed me they are a shady merchant services. Run far away people. -
SG4 reported Sheri/Small Business Growth Alliance with the number 8666440028 as Telemarketer
Sheri from Small Business Growth Alliance called and wanted to schedule an appointment for their rep to visit my business to give me reimbursements. I asked "reimbursements for what", and Sheri said for credit card fees. Sheri didn't want to tell me much and kept trying to schedule the appointment. She said their rep would take a look at my statements to find reimbursements. So I asked " reimbursements for what again", she stated it was for credit card fees. I asked for more information about the company and told her I would get back to her. Then I started looking for information on the phone number she gave me to call back and found these reports. I will NOT be calling them back and will be blocking the number on my phone. She gave me this number to call her back at 866-644-0028, but called from 763-237-3644 making me think it was a legitimate call from a customer. What a scam. Please do something about these people. I have received numerous calls from the local number.

A company by the name “Small Business Growth Alliance” is NOT a reputable company and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.If you are contacted, you will be addressed by a person claiming they are from the merchant services department and need to reschedule a meeting to perform maintenance to credit card machines. When they come in at the rescheduled time, they will perform the “maintenance” on the credit card terminal and will have someone sign off on the job once it’s complete. This company is really re configuring your credit card terminals and having you sign a merchant agreement.

More or less the same issue here. The name was different but the call was exactly the same story. Just hung up on them asa I heard "no cost".

So I googled the number and find out they are a shysty merchant services. IF they were legit, why give me a fake name? Hmmmmm.
