   Dave called my family Dave called me and when I talked with them they gave me information that was like 10 or 15 years old so I told the gentleman I said Lux something's not right here first of all I've never had a payday loan through wells Fargo their name in different old address there threatening me with the subpoena and I told the gentleman hey you know I'm not giving you my personal information over the phone so he became very irate wanted to argue with me and then middle of the conversation he hung up on me when I call back now the number San Cr s Charlotte from which is the the number that he called me from is 888 799-0453 but when I called the number back it keeps going to the CRS Charlotte for which I looked it up on the internet and that's a like protection on your house so I don't know what the heck to do other than I would just say I don't give anybody your information I told the gentleman that I was going to file a complaint because you know something's not right here that's what he became irate with me so they keep calling my family and I told my family just to tell them you don't want to talk about this some please don't call them again they keep telling me oh there's a collection agency out on me and there's a summons but I've looked it up on the internet and there's nothing out there on me I think it's a scam collection agency so just

   These people have been calling me and leaving very threatening, yet vague messages, they have also called my family members. They seem to have some very old information on me, but I still don't know how they got my or my family members information. They have left messages about check fraud, or banking irregularities that they are investigating and that if I don't repsond they will mark me as uncooperative and noncompliant and that a subpeona will be issued. They are threatening to contact my place of employment and my other family members. They also call from several different numbers. Who are these people? My next step is to contact a lawyer

   They are extortion scammers. They claim they work for the courts and are investigating check fraud. They call from several numbers. They call at least once a day and leave a recorded VM. If you contact them, they act like fools. Give them zero info.
