So tired of being harrasses by them. They start calling BEFORE I even get my EOB from insurance. If you explain that, they still keep calling relentlessly and with no compassion. They start calling within 2 weeks of date of service which is clearly NOT time to even have your EOB or to have even paid the bill!! They will not provide copies of said EOBs themselves. I will not be choosing Trinity Mother Framcis Hospital, clinics, or doctors affiliated with them in the future!! They call every 3 days even if you stay in communication with them. Stay away if possible!! Good medical care but so Not worth the harassment!!!

ROBO-CALL Fist portion, then "robocaller" asks you to hold, so i did. Live caller "Trinity Mother Francis" - They asked me to verify who i was without explaining WHY they were calling first.Finally they explain- Medical bill! I asked the Caller when my statement was sent, she stated 6/21/18, and she said once she opened my file, OH, i see there was a payment posted on 7/6/18; I asked why would they call me if the account 1, had been paid and 2, was not past due? She said some of our customers have a delay in getting their bills. Ridiculous!Its called reasonable mailing time! Not a good taste left with me, after i paid within a few days of being billed, i could understand late or past due, but paying within approx 10 business days, seems silly.
