   Left a voicemail purporting to be from Humana (which is what showed in caller ID) and wanted me to call it back. The number does not appear on Humana's website for contacts. I never call back these "toll-free" numbers, especially since they can send you to a foreign location where you get slammed with international phone charges.

   I contacted Humana and this is NOT a Humana phone number.

   They left voicemail but my caller Id had Humana in it.

   10 minutes ago, I got a call from the same number and received voice mail, she claimed she was called from Humana.

   Caller called 3 times 1-1-25 at 116pm and then called an additional 3 times at 248pm. No voice voice mail was left for any of the calls.

   Like other comments, I too recently signed up for a plan from Humana and started getting calls from this number. Its obviously a scam to gather personal information which was already given to Humana during signup.

   This number called on my phone yesterday, strange, i only just recently signed up for Humana, and they asking for info that was just given, seems suspicious.

    They left a message claiming to be Humana. When I called back, the system immediately identified me by name without any input from me and asked for confirmation. After I said yes, they requested my four-digit birth year for security purposes.
