They said they were calling from Brook & Wiseman Associates because my pay day loan was late or in collections. When I asked them what company they were calling on behalf of he asked me to verify the last 4 of my social. I refused so then he said these four numbers and asked if they were my last four numbers of my social? I refused to confirm or deny and continued to ask what company this was for! He said only when I confirm my last four of my social would he be able to give me information, but I just said no. He stated he had all my information in front of him then began to say a social security number, but I ignored his question. He then asked me to confirm my address and then began saying an old address.... I again asked what company he wasd talking about, he finally answered "Fast Day Loan". I've never took out a loan and have no idea how they got my number!I informed him that I've been a victim of identity theft and already reported this to all 3 credit bureaus,I did not take out any loans nor did I authorize any loans and that this account was done fraudulently! He didn't really know what to say and just said something that I couldn't hear then let me go.... When I called back the number they called from, the phone just rings and rings and no one picks up nor is there an answering machine. I called the 888 285-1987 number the automated message thing said to call with a reference number and it to just rang and rang with no answer or answering machine stating it was any type of company.... These people are a SCAM... DON'T CONFIRM ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!

They call, goes straight to a message to say to contact them. Claim that money is owed, they will go to court if money is not paid back immediately. I've never taken a loan, don't owe anybody any money. Threat after threat about ruining my credit etc etc. SCAM!!! Be aware...!!!
