I got a call from Vina, ATT Uverse, trying to sell me their product. I happened to be interested in Uverse Internet so I was trasferred to Jennifer. She knew some personal information about me then she went on asked for last four of SSAN and then she gave me more information about me then asked for the first five of my SSAN. That's when I got suspicious and didn't give that information. I politely said that I'll call ATT myself.

A person identifying himself as AT&T rep called in response to my reply to an email offering bill credit for switching wireless service. All went well - until a month later when my bill arrived and I slowly learned that the offers he gave me were apparently flat out lies.
Entering month 3 I'm still trying to get this resolved, while I now am stuck with an expensive wireless plan that is much more than I need - and more than I was paying previously now that I am not receiving the promised discounts.
