First, this is the first I have received from them. Second, in the state of Texas you have to be served. Who do these jokers think they are. Unfortunatly the elderly will fall for this. -

Repeated calls from this phone# stating they are attempting to serve me a notice of action pertaining to an investigation being finalized against me and gave me a case # to reference when calling them back. Failure to contact them immediately will result in further legal action against me.
a NOTICE OF ACTION means you are being made aware that you are being a part of a lawsuit and are being provided with any pertinent paperwork. However, if I was really part of a lawsuit, a sheriff of my county that I live in would show up at my door with the paperwork. That's in FL. I don't know about other states but....this is clearly a SCAM. Deleted and blocked. -

Received a call on cell this morning. As a rule I do not answer calls that are not in my contact list. This was an automated message that it was a second attempt to contact me and if I did not call back, further legal action will be taken. I whole heartily invite them to pursue any action they wish. They did have my name but this does not frighten me.

Jakes left VM threatening legal action. In my state, all lawsuits are to be served by a processor legally certified by the State of Washington Attorney General's office. The law also states a person cannot be served by phone call. This is a clear spam and I recorded the message with phone number and forwarded it to the State of Washington Attorney General Consumer Affairs Division that goes after these spammers. Contact your state attorney general's office and report these calls.
