   Here was the message left on voicemail. Note that I am not Erica Wingfield (whoever she is) and the number they gave wasn't even close to what they called.

   This company calling themselves Allegiance Legal Mediation called me about my old cashnet USA account, said I didn't pay them back from the last loan I got about 7 years ago. I thought I paid it back I don't remember to be honest and they said it was for over $800, I never borrowed that amount from them. They are trying to set me up on a payment plan or a lump payment to them to stop court proceedings. I actually made one payment of $50 to them then my car was broken into which had all my checking and savings info in there. I had to open a new account and I've been getting calls like crazy from this company and I decided to look them up and found out they are a scam, the phone number they keep giving me to call is 888-638-1565

   Called and said I am listed as the emergency phone number - had my name. They are looking for my daughter because she is working with Robin Meyers and Robin is not available so I need to have her call back 888-638-1565 and ask for Lewis (at first he said Troy). He said this is a matter of a legal issue with the Jackson County Courts. I number searched and saw these complaints. My daughter said she knows nothing about his, it is a scam.

   They talking about a law suit making seem like it was Region's Bank Fraud Department about cashnet USA online payday loan. That it's bank fraud because they were trying say I wrote a bad check and I have never did. They knew almost everything about my account with cashnet USA. Asking for a bank card information to settle your account with the lawyer. You can't use any other payment. She (Terry) was suppose to send me an email about information about my account with Cashnet USA. Still haven't got an email. The other phone number that's involved with this 1-888-638-1565 is 314-732-0102. So, be very careful
