spoke to someone named "danielle james" from member services sounded very fishy but i was transferred to them by an agent from healthcare.gov. they "sent the wrong link" from a (754)-226-1944 number. the agent that transferred me was someone named Mayline Calderon Perez. it seems very fishy but i gave them my SSN, DOB, Phone Number, Email, and Address. i will leave another review as a followup.

Wanted very personal information and then to text a picture of ID front and back. It didn’t feel secure at all and they asked all the tell tales signs of identity theft. Where I was born, favorite color, SSN. It’s why I never use these questions on my accounts.
