I received a call from someone claiming that they were scheduled to come to my residence on a specific day and at a specific time to "serve me some documents" that they claimed to not know what they were in reference to, and that I could call a number to see what it was about. Someone from this ADR Mediation Group finally returned my call to tell me that they called to let me know that there was an "intent to serve" me with documents to avoid a law suit regarding a Chase credit card - which I have never had. However, this card was supposedly charged off 10 YEARS ago. Now, I have to go through the hassle of contacting Chase to get whatever original documents they have regarding this card. This is so bothersome.

Received a call stating it was my Final courtesy call before reporting that i have been uncooperative in the investigation against me and they need to hear from myself or my legal counsel or they will report my noncompliance to the proper jurisdiction. I called them back and gave them a fake name and they pretended that the alias i gave them was exactly who they have been pursuing. I gave the information to my lawyer who also contacted them and informed them they were on a recorded line but they completely acted like he had reached the wrong number and they did not know what was going on and implied someone possible used their phone and they did not authorize it. Turned the information over to the proper authorities for investigation. Definitely a scam. I have labeled them as the Covid Caller. They are scamming scared people out of money. I am sure of it.

Fraud. Received a call on work phone (since not in office the voicemail comes via email which I have). Threatening criminal charges for passing bad checks for loan through Ace Cash Express stating it would cost me several thousand and that I needed to return their call. I did - reached Mr. McMillian who left the voicemail - advised him he was full of shit that I did not owe anything and do not appreciate my work phone being called and receiving threats of criminal charges. He wanted me to calm down - said I shouldn't speak to the court that way - that I was speaking with Denton County Court and he was tryjng to help me (Nevermind I know Denton County Court as well as some legal knowledge to assess he was again lying). Told him I owed nothing and he was a lier and full of shit. He hung up on me. Found my confirmation letter loan was paid (from 2018)in full as well as confirmed this with Ace Cash Express. Returned the call - different man answered this time stated my name - told him yep - that I had contacted Ace Cash Express whom confirmed I owed nothing and reported them to Ace, that I knew this was a scam and would be reporting them and if they EVER contacted me again I would sue and hung up. Not a word since. No court case filer as alleged, and the sherriffs never arrived at my home as Mr. McMillian threatened before he hung up.
They tried to scam the wrong person this tjme. I have reported to FTC as well as BBB. -

all from 8889159878 Rothman and Klein. Called them back and a woman who at first sounded very out of it, either intoxicated or half asleep, answered. When asked what the call was about, she said that "You know what this is about. You know Andreas Garcia." When I stated that I didn't know that person, she seemed shocked that I didn't and sounded very nervous and said "You'll be removed from the list immediately" and hung up on me. Very strange!

They called and left a message that since I failed to comply they were going to contact the proper jurisdiction. I have no credit cards, no bank loans...nothing... I have no idea who they are. They said they were from Rothman Client...looked that firm up...not found. Theres a lot of scam calls like these going around trying to infused fear and have ppl pay Bill's that they truly dont have.
