"Robert" called to see if we wanted to sell our home. A LLC bought the house next to us almost 2 years ago--in Jax Beach, FL. This single-family residence was immediately turned into a year-round short-term rental hotel that rents to 16 people. This is inland, near a park, bus stops, and elementary school--families. My wife and I have taken our complaints to the City Council. A few weeks ago "Francisco" texted me (different number) to see if we wanted to sell our home. When you receive such phone calls, it really makes you think about what's going on in your neighborhood.
