I bought a used truck from a dealership. I gave a down payment of $2250, with payments of $260 A month for 48 months.
The dealership gave me a Visa card for doing business with them. I had/have no intention of using it. Then bills came in saying that I owed them thousands of dollars. Then the calls started coming in. I just ignore them. -

this company has been calling numerous times a day using various numbers and today and using my name asked if I lived here under the auspics of calling for Bealls. I have never shopped in their and I DO NOT have a credit card for that store. This is getting very frustrating - how do we stop these people. I have signed up for the Do Not Call and I am still getting these calls. Who do we contact to get this to stop!!!!

I went out of town for two weeks I come back and my land line caller id was filled up with calls from this company,never heard of them, they didn't leave a legal message and called 12 times on a Saturday Oct. 1,2016

The FCC needs to step in and STEP UP their game in breaking up and/or suing this company on behalf of ALL of because Comenity IS in violation of Federal law regarding debt collection, misrepresentation of Intent, Failure to produce Dicumentation & Proof of Debt, Failure to comply with FOIA by those that harass or LEOs who request evidentiary documentation, etc etc. That our current Administration allows this sort of harassment to go on AND that these companies REFUSE to work with debtors, tells me all I need to know to not vote for anymore Democrats. Republicans, being much more private industry focused, will come down and come down HARD on Comenity and their Lenders!! I can't WAIT to read in Business Report how Comenity will be sued, under a Trump administration, by the Federal government straight into Dissolution! AND that their Managers will ACTUALLY do time in Prison! You better BELIEVE Donald Trump as President will be absolutely RUTHLESS towards these Unethical, Exploitive, Harassing CHEATS in the lending game. Remember: Trump has been where we are with these Hawks! That means YOU "shawnee johnson". Calling multiple times of day, and at all hours, they've even tried after 9 pm. Also called on a Sunday.
Will not leave a message and there is no one there when I answer.
The one time i spoke with anyone they wanted personal information about bank account, to pay a supposed debt with a department store I've never shopped in, let alone have a credit card with.
I have to say definately harassing and also possible scammers. -

They call SEVERAL times a day. It starts one or two minutes before and after 8am and goes all day while I'm at work and into the evening. Never a message and it has been hang ups the 2 times I did answer. I was also getting calls from a 720 area code that someone else mentioned, but as soon as I blocked it, this number starts up. I consider this harassment. I wasn't getting good these calls until I posted my resume on Monster and started replying to Craigslist job ads.

I'm getting debt collection calls from this number several times a day. I cleared my credit over 2years ago to buy a house. I haven't used a credit card of any kind since 2008. These people are calling my house, a number which I do NOT give out and is on the national do not call list, and asking for me by my maiden name, which I HAVENT used since 2010.
I feel completely violated, and harassed for something completely nonexistent. I have good credit! What ever reason they think they have for calling em so much is not legitimate..outside of changing all of my phone numbers (which they are relentless) I don't know how to make them stop.

They collect for several store credit cards such as limited , express and Victoria secret. It could be as simple as being Kate on a payment. I took care of the issue mine was assumed late yet they cashed my check so it was taken care if yet I find them annoying. They call several times a day leaving no voicemail and are rude when you say you need anything in writing... WARNING never pay someone before getting the statements in writing by mail or fax. As one person can say they will onlybtake the minimum payment from your account then actual pull far more ... I've learned a hard lesson in that myself a while back .

I received 2 calls from this number as well as 2 calls from 720-456-3698 and 2 calls from 614-212-5298. ALL of them came up as being from Comenity and none of them left a message. All calls came in between 8:16am and 4:40pm
