Daniel Hudson(man with an Indian Accent) call today Harassing me about a warrant I supposedly had with Cailifornia. He said that I needed to call the state attorney named George Belowski in Sacramento in California to avoid being arrested. He gave me the number 916-469-7023.
Lee replied 7/22/14, 1:00 PMI have just contacted the FCC regarding this matter. Same Indian calling for one of our employees, and will not take go away for an answer. Yesterday he stated it was a legal emergency. The legal emergency I can think of is a lawyer waiting for a stay of execution. Anyway; if everyone on this message board will go to the FCC.GOV website and file form 2000F, perhaps we can put an end to this and all breath a little easier! Good luck to the rest. -

Called stating that he was from the Sacramento Attorney Generals office and that I had a case against me regarding cyber crime and I needed to pay penalties over the phone and if I didn't I would go to federal prison for 9 months.. Said I would consult an attorney first

Very upsetting that this number called my work many times over and over claiming it was important after I advised Ill call the police for harrassment they continued anyway. I advised for them to call my personal phone but they insisted. After being embarrassed at work, my boss offered to pick up. They told him after he advised for them not to harrass his employees, that it was my husband that would be arressted if I didnt call back. I went to take a personal call outside to talk with them. They wouldnt answer any of my questions on who it was with this legal action against me. I asked many times. They passed to the "attorney" who said he would answer my questions once he read me my criminal actions against me. His name was Edward McConnoley" indian accent, very hard to understand. He asked if I had an attorney, no I said, he said he would read the affidavid to me and not to interup since the call was recorded. He said I had 2 charges against me, one of them being credit fraud. After he was finished he asked if I had any questions. I said yes why havnt I been served this and who was it that had this against me. He still never said. He the cut me off and said are you going to take care of this or will we have to have you arrested. I said wait what do I have to do to take care of this, he said do you want to take care of it in office or be arrested. I said of course I dont want to be arrested, Ill take care of in office. He put me on hold and said he would need to find out if they could take care of it in office. He came back saying he talked to the courts and the jury said no they will continue to purse legal action. I was like are you kidding. How can we take care of this then. He said I would need to pay $1890 in an hour or he would send the police to come get me. I repeated it back you want this amount in an hour? He said do you have this money, I said no of course not. I then asked who is this against me? He said quickly oh thats the police department calling me back please hold. He put me on hold for 20 minutes!! I waited because I wanted answers, even though all I wanted was to get off the phone and call the police myself. But I waited. In this time I came back into my office and told my bosses everything. We proceeded to look up the number online and low and behold I read all your messages on this scam..Once he came back on the line, he asks have you made your decsion? I said hello and my boss said hey look we just looked you up and we see your nothing but a scam so stop calling here and stop harrassing or we will call the police. He said in a perfect no accent voice "YOU CAN GO S*** A D***" and hung up!. I realized after reading tons of comments online about this number and what they are doing that all this happened to me too!..
After several hours later they tried calling my personal phone but I couldnt get to it to yell at them again, however they called my work back hours after that again and started the harrassing again saying no this is really a legal matter that needs to be taken care of or the police would come. I stopped the guy and said look you already called here and we already know its a scam, stop calling stop harrassing or I will call the police. The guy said no it really needs to be taken care of. I said no your supposed "attorney" I talked to already and he said to "S*** A D***" do you really think Im going to listen to un professionals like that and not know Im being scammed?He said oh no we wouldnt say that, I repeated my self and then told him "NO YOU CAN STOP AND YOU CAN GO S*** A D*** STOP CALLING!" then I hung up. Havent heard back since...This needs to be stopped!! -

they called today 8 times between 2 - 12 min apart saying the sheriffs were coming to get me to arrest me for bank/check fraud TODAY. They then asked how much I made per month. I told them it was not their business and if they had so much info on me they would know that anyway.

this indian very heavy accent called and stated that he wanted to speak with me and he had my last for digits of ssn correct, so i answered then he said that there is a law suit on my name and that i have to contact george belowski who was the senior attorney to represent my case in sacramento. he also stated that he works in the ATTONEY GENERAL'S OFFICE i told him to stop and i took his number which is 9164698865. he called about 10 more times and threatened to send the police to my home and at work if i don't listen to him. as a matter of fact the phone has been non stop ringing from this number, i don't answer, but i do and then just hang up. Now I don't answer any calls from outside area code.

Our office received multiple calls from this number. The man said he worked for the State Attorney's office and kept asking for an employee with a name we had never heard. They called our office over 10 times in an hour period even after asking them not to call. My manager asked for this guys supervisor and when that guy got on the phone he couldn't understand him either. They were both very rude and stated they had records that this person was employed by us even after we said we had never employed anyone by that name.

Received a call from a guy with an Indian accent that claimed I had 3 charges filed against me and I needed to contact George Belowki at the California State Attorney Generals office. When I asked why hadn't I received any paperwork regarding the claim he stated it was mailed the week before, when asked for the case number he said I had to talk to George. I asked for his name he stated it was John Mccarehw....I had him spell it. I told him to get a real job and stop scamming people, low life loser!!!!

Told me that if I don't paid they will send sheriff out and arrested me for 7 years prison. I almost got trap,and very scare panic . Don't know what to do . Luckily my lawyer said just hang up their phone and call police .They said. It totally scam.I felt much better.I hope someone out there will do something about this scam . Otherwise more victims will fall into their trap

I had a phone call from a man who had an Indian accent. Said I had a case against me and if I didn't settle this case the local police would take me to jail. He said I would go to jail for 7 years for fraud. He read the case against me and asked if I wanted to settle the case now. He said I would need to pay $3,497.46 to settle case or go to jail. He said the local police department was on the phone recording my statements. I hung up then he had someone claiming to be from my local police department call me back. I asked for her name, but she would only give me her badge #814. She told me to call Mr. Belowski back within 2 minutes and if I didn't call him back it would mean I didn't want to settle the case and she would send the police to arrest me. I asked for her number. I called the number the so called plice officer gave me and it was to a bail bonds company not the police department. I called my local police department to see if they had a warrant for my arrest. The police officer said it was a scam and do not answer any phone calls from this number.
