After weeks of repeated robocalls (at least daily, 24/7), finally got a human. Claims I allegedly owe a medical debt from 2009 for several hundred dollars, refuses to be more specific than that. Refuses to provide specific proof of alleged debt in writing (mail/email/fax). Demanded I provide banking/credit card information immediately to satisfy the alleged debt. Threatened me with continued telephone harassment, litigation, and incarceration if I did not immediately pay alleged debt. Advise keeping detailed call log for future litigation over unlawful collections practices. Address provided by BBB, name provided by caller (likely false, common practice for debt collectors for obvious reasons).
