They called me and spoke for a moment and when I politely told them I wasn't interested they got very rude, told me off and hung up. They are not a big company and here's something I learned about companies that aren't that big;
You can tie up THEIR phones is you excessively call THEM.
Call them ALL DAY.
Just don't be rude or say anything that can get you arrested (like threatening them).
You can even tell them what you are doing and that you are doing it because THEY solicited YOU (which gives you every right to continue to call back)
Ask them a thousand things, keep them occupied, tie up THEIR business. -

The caller said he was calling from a company named Splash and they were in charge of putting your business website in major search engines. He knew my name and company.. and when I said I was busy he got a bit aggressive. Made me suspicious.

called 3 times in 20 minutes: first time I answered the phone and the caller hung up immediately, the second time I let it go to voice-mail again the caller hung up, the third time the phone rang twice then stopped. Filing a complaint asap.
