its been over a year since I was told 'congratulations'! I have been notified several times to send more funds in for the well, but for what I have no idea. and what worse, zero return on my investments which are over two years old. I was never told there would be no return on my money and never receive my money back. that guy larry koonce has padded his pockets and account with my funds. I could have invested in a cd and made and be sitting pretty today. he is a con artist scammer

Larry sales those deals for 2.7 million then all the completion fees and bogus assessment fees. He has no interest in seeing the good people that bought his lie gets there money back he has been paid over a million dollars. Have you ever heard of decent oil operator who is as incompetent as him completing wells. Its a scam and he has spent all the money that is why he has to come back from the oil field and hit investors up for more money. NADC do not drill oil wells as they claim, they only move dirt. They rely/depend on investors funds(randomly spin bs and lies to them) to keep their doors open not from drilling, pumping and selling oil. Texas Railroad Commission provides data which supports/proves no oil production.

This is a scam. In my case, I found this information, and I thought would be great to share;

North American Drilling Corp drills oil and gas wells. If the well is drilled and hits commercial oil, a dry hole, or is a marginal producer, that is the risk involved when investing in oil and gas well drilling ventures. If you cannot afford to take that risk then you should never invest in drilling ventures since the money is spent drilling the wells and a return can only come from monthly revenue checks with a commercial well. I have lost money and made money in oil and gas, but I do get monthly revenue checks from this company, they have always treated me fairly and return my calls promptly when I need an update. If the well was drilled and completed then the company did what it was supposed to do, regardless of the outcome of the well. Commercial well or dry hole, you either accept the risk for the potential reward and accept whatever the outcome may be, or you don't invest in oil and gas drilling deals at all, go to Vegas and try your luck there..."
