A guy with a thick Indian accent called saying he was my Computer Company. Ironically I am an IT professional that happens to work from home. After I cursed the scum bag out, and told him I was in fact an IT professional, and he wasn't calling from my Computer Company. He apologized and hung up.
These scum bags need to be stopped! -

I started blowing a very loud whistle in the phone.Star in FL replied 10/15/15, 12:12 PMI got the same caller. "Are you the owner of the Windows computer?" I said well almost everyone owns a computer. You aren't asking me a specific question. -

I noticed I had been getting calls from this number while I was out. The ID came up as US ONLINE with the number 972-908-5910 The person was a foreign man who said my last name. I knew right away this was some sort of marketing thing, so right away I said sorry but I don't accept telemarketing calls at this number. He said... NO NO I'm with the US Government and we are investigating a nationwide virus on computers. He said, you use Windows application right. I said yes, he said well we are calling to take you step by step through your computer to remove this potential threat. I cut the man short and said, I would appreciate if you would never again call my number and no I'm not interested, I'll take care of my own computer. He then said... Oh shit and the call was terminated. Do NOT fall for this scam, if you see this number or company pop up avoid at all costs.

he said he had courts paper to serve me and then i asked him from what company he was and then he got all confussed and tryed to get me to paid money and i said no i do not know who you are and called another phone number he gave me i researched itand it was a company with a scam that tryed to get my debit card.

Third call from this scammer. Must be a craigslist number seeker, we have things posted too, but not in the lost and found. Just beware of who you talk to, and like most of the rest of you who have received this call prior.. its always best to just NOT ANSWER!

Said I won something like $900,000 (signal was bad) and they were going to come to my house the next day to give me the check. When I asked how b/c they didn't know my address, they kept redirecting saying "this is real". They even gave me an alternate number to call to verify their legitimacy (called, my phone said the call couldn't be made). They called back, saying something about go to Walmart, CVS, Target, etc and get a "green dot card" ????? and charge it for $499. I said I wasn't interested and hung up, they kept calling from multiple numbers, some were set to private, some identified as being from Texas and Jamaica. Finally called the police and they said it's definitely a scam, people have lost money from this routine before.

He called me at quarter to midnight on 04 August. He goes through CraigsList, contacts people with lost/stolen item posts and then says he has the item and will send it to you after you mail money to him or his "sister-in-law" to Bank of America. He told me his name is Abraham and he is trying to be a LEO for Chula Vista, CA, and currently works in San Diego. He said he smokes and he has a dog. He told me that he purchased my ring from a black lady who seemed to be strung out. He said he didn't know it was stolen and wanted to get it back to me ASAP, but I had to wire him the money he spent buying it. WTF?!

These people keep calling my phone asking for a man who does NOT have this phone number! I have told them multiple times to quit calling me, and this time I was a little irritated. The foreign man on the phone had the audacity to ask me to lower my voice when first of all, I wasn't even yelling. He's lucky that he didn't stay on the phone because he was about to get cussed OUT.

punish the scammers reported number 9729085910 as US Online
Got a call from this number and said that my computer has a virus and swing on their server. The caller has a thick accent, Asian Indian accent, and said he was calling from NYC. He wanted to send me a link and click so that he can show me the problem. I heard on the line several scammers talking to other people. These indians must be caught and punished!!!
If they are from Texas, they they can be traced and caught to be punished. Can you show us the name and address of the caller id?
