Awful! Called for quote, said I'd call back, was going to call around. They called me back from 866-468-9803, offered me a $10 discount to schedule with them. I took the bait. Received quote for locksmith to arrive within half an hour, NEVER showed, NEVER called... When I called an hour later, the rep said they wouldn't have anyone until tomorrow! Right! Then googled the number and saw scam alert review. Just use Pop-A-Lock next time!
