   1. Microsoft do not call people. 2. There is no way that they know that someones computer has a virus. 3. I told them each to they call, I work for Microsoft and told them what I said above.

   "Hi. I'm calling regarding serious potential problems with your windows computer from Microsoft. Are you the computer owner?" Asian accent. First call was female, second was male. Sounds like a scam, smells like a scam. Really? Midland Michigan?

   The 989-832-8978 Midland MI phone number has been spoofed. The phone number probably belongs to some innocent person who kept getting call backs from people and has had to disconnect it. Google this to find out more about this scam.

   Almost everyday i receive a call from pretty much the same people claiming to know that my computer with windows has issues. On confronting that i have Apple and not windows, the guys change their tune and offer help with Apple never mind even if i don't have any problems with the same. After a few arguments they start to use extremely abusive language. I wonder if the telephone company that issues them the connection be sued?

   This is a total scam, they have called me 10 times in the last 3 days. I spoke with them twice. The first time I challenged them to tell me about my rig....after all if they know about what my computer is doing they should be able to tell me who my provider is and what kind of computer I am running....No answer. He politely (in an indian accent) told me to go fuck myself after I called out his scam. Today they called me first thing in the morning with the same speech...Windows Technical Support..your computer is downloading unsecure files....yadda yadda yadda...I simply told him I didn't own a computer...and they hung up. Hope this helps!

   Called to tell me about my computer problem. she says she is Microsoft Technical Support. Would not answer specific questions and kept saying she was Microsoft Technical.
