   Calls 2 to 3 times a week I try to block the current number, I am on the national do not call list but this dose not matter it annoying and out right rude that they continue to harass people whom just want to be left alone and live in peace.

   Really bad stuff. This number pretends to be someone else, and their hidden motives to call you are not good whatsoever. Please be carefull1

   IF someone's calling you and the caller ID says "0000000000" or something be really really careful what you say and do. Best thing would be to not anwer it at all.
   
   This number is spoofed. That means someone's hiding his actual phone number and pretends to be "0000000000". That could basically be ANYONE. He could try to get your name, adress or even credit card information. Never say "yes" out loud on the telephone. Some scammers even do cut and rearrange some calls in their favour.
