Da es sich hier um ein automatisches Anwahl System von einer Marketingsgesellschafft bzw. ein Call-Center handelt wird deutlich avisiert dies bei der Polizei zu melden.

Telefon-Terror oder Telefon- Mobbing. Die Polizei hat die Plicht bei einer Anzeige die Sache zu untersuchen und auf Grund dessen ebenfalls den Staatsanwalt zu informieren damit dieser gerichtlich vorgehen kann und diese Praktiken mit einer Geldstrafe bestrafen kann. Da es sich bei dieser nummer um ein so gennanntes auto dailsystem handelt wobei ein callcenteragent aktiviert wird weil erst der Angerufene wenn er den Hörer abnimmt sofort verbunden wird mit einem Agent.

Scheinbar ist dieses System schon bei Callcentern in Honkong gelandet. Dies ist ein sehr schweres Vergehen gegen die Privatsphäre. DARUM:
1. Anzeige erstatten
2.Bundesnetzagentur informieren und auch angeben das Sie Anzeige erstatten gegen dem Besitzer der Tel nr. 03222103064701
3. Hörer bei erscheinen dieser nr. in ihrem Telefon display missachten!!!! (sonst werden Sie immer von neuem angerufen.
