Herr Gensmantel nutzt skrupellos die Notlage der Kunden aus und betreibt massive Abzocke, wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt wurde. Während der Arbeiten hielt ein Geselle lediglich die Lampe, während der andere alleine arbeitete. Auch fehlte ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Auftrags, nämlich der Siphon, obwohl dieser explizit in der Auftragsbeschreibung am Telefon enthalten war. Als darauf hingewiesen wurde, redete sich Gensmantel heraus, indem er behauptete, nicht anwesend gewesen zu sein (nachdem er anderthalb Stunden später wieder auftauchte). Daraufhin forderte er eine Sofortüberweisung von 1.800€, woraufhin ich den Auftrag noch am selben Abend abgebrochen habe. Die Leistung blieb weit unter den Erwartungen, weshalb eine weitere Empfehlung nicht ausgesprochen werden kann.
