Keep calling me in the middle of the night (disregarding the fact that our company is based in Europe). When I contact them to delete my phone number from their mailing lists, they send me an email that "You have just registered for our helpdesk"!!

Like others, various people keep calling every weekday about an expiring security certificate. Won't take me off call list, won't give me name of their supervisor, and if I tell them to connect me to their supervisor they say okay then hang up. They need lives.

Got a call from "Tina" asking about our security certificate renewal. I said I'd pass along the info to our security team and if they feel it's important they'll give a call back. When I asked for her name and number she was shocked. Like no one's ever done that. Then she was hesitant, but gave the number.

Calls 10 times each week - agressive, very rude - Keeps asking for information about our competitors and if we can verify they are looking for money. Why would we have that information? Also finding our employees on LinkedIn and harassing them through these portals. I have blocked the number recommend everyone do the same. They won't stop calling!

They call here constantly saying they hold the license to our website and asking to speak to IT. They DO NOT hold the license to our site. I have told them EVERY DAY for the past 2 weeks to take us off their list and to stop calling. They still call EVERY DAY at least three times a day!!!

Same problems as reported by others, they claim to want to manage an expiring SSL cert for us. Cold day in hell before I'd do business with them. They get on the phone, transfer to someone else, try to talk over your head (and fail), and keep calling over and over. Harassment.

Most the posts on here are 2 years old, but I just got a call from these idiots. The guy who was on the call with me was a fast talker, I couldn't make out any words other than SSL certificate and that it was expiring.
Now, if I were a layman I probably would've given my IT dept's number out in a heartbeat. However, I work literally next to 5 IT directors who handle our security.
I tried several times to get the guy's contact information to "pass it along" to my IT dept but he kept trying to get a solid transfer. Once he realized I wouldn't do that, he said his goodbyes and hung up. -

They have been calling every day for a week. We have caller ID so I am able to divert the calls to voicemail. Recorded message was left several times regarding expiring website....totally bogus. Noticed they called twice after hours last night and again just now. Annoying as can be.

As soon as I realize I've answered a call from a call center, I pretend I can't hear anything they are saying. I interrupt them by saying Hello? Hello? They keep starting over, "Can you hear me now?" I say Hello? again and hang up! If they call back, I do it again.
Then I can get back to work and never have to answer how I'm doing today, who is in charge of IT, what kind of copier I have or who orders my printing supplies and so on and so on...... -
