    Called my Cell. Robocall voice stating that this call is "from your air duct cleaning service". Pressed "0" to reach a person and got "All Agents are busy, please leave you name & number after the beep". Hung up on them.

    I've never done business with an air duct cleaning company - I have radiator heat and windows unit ACs.

    BTW - All of my phones are on the FTCs DNC list.

    Here's how you handle the issue. Ask them about how much they can actually get out of the carpet. Press them that you have an ultra cheap deal. Don't let them off the phone. Ask for a manager. Ask if it is easy to get blood out of a carpet. Can they come out to arrange a demonstration. If they ask how much blood there is, ask how much are they planning on bringing, just the number of people is good enough. Provide an address of a building which is being demolished so they dispatch someone to a bad address. If a lot of people do this, it will not be profitable for them. Worst case they blacklist your number as a bogus customer... Hmm... problem seems to solve itself then.

    Presumed telemarketer called my mobile number (on DO NOT CALL LIST) & left no message. I note that others have said it is a carpet cleaning company. I recently rented a steam cleaner from Home Depot. Within days, I started getting calls from this number. Presumably HD sold my number to the company.
