Who the heck keeps calling me from the number? Calls 2 to 5 times a day and leaves no voicemail. A few times I picked up when they called but when I picked up and said hello, they hung up. If they call again and don't leave message, or calls again and hangs up when I first pick up and say hello, I'm blocking the number.
Unknown replied 10/12/16, 9:53 PMI am continuing from previous comment. This afternoon, I receive a text from this number (sometime between 2:49 and 2:55 pm) which reads "Can I call you later?" Then maybe 5 min or so later I get text saying a landline sent me a text and that message was free, and any message sent afterwards (doesnt matter if I respond or receive message) I would get charged $0.25 per message.

I believe this is scam. Same call number called me 2x and did not leave messages. I have been aware of same since this type of scam has started out from calls in Florida, which they threatened me of IRS.
