Called me saying I won a grant from the us government when I when for info on location and site information they wouldn't answer the questions just kept repeating us government . Heavy Indian accent . Background noise so loud can barely hear the person on the phone. Don't try to get info on them and don't ask her to stop calling just hang up and block the number

Got a call twice today from them and the first time they asked me if they were talking to me i said no and proceeded to hang up. the second time i told them if you keep calling i will hang up and call the police, the male with a very heavy indian accent told me “go ahead call the police i would like to talk to them as well” i’m like can i have your name for them please. and he said his name was mike.
