Coincidentally after receiving a call from this number on my cell saying my computer program is showing errors to which I replied I don't have this program and hung up I have since learned that through that 2 minute exchange they were able to somehow get my phone information and used my info to order new phones from my account!!! Do not answer!

Once I heard it was from "microsoft helpdesk" I just put the phone down in front of the telly. No time to deal with these sorts of rubbish calls. I would bother to give him an earful but I had a similar call last year which was breath I already wasted. There is no controlling these calls!!

One thing first: Depending on who is calling one, call the times of SAC Solutions, Microsoft, Apple or anyone else. However, the scam is always the same: The computer is supposed to be defective / send viruses and could help. There are some not known for normal users shortkeys tried and in the end can you download a software. But this is not to remove the virus or something but allows the crooks to remotely access your own computer.
