Another pharmacy call. I'm guessing it's the same group, I get these from NY and TN also. They always want me to renew my prescription of viagra.... which I've never used. Just hanging up on them every time.

has called several times ,first time I answered , he was claiming to be with tech surport , and that he needed access to computer to stop hackers from getting in, I told him to go to hell and hung up ,, he has called back several times but I never answer , ,,I advise all who get calls from this number or person to report , and never never give any info to them , or allow them to keep you on the phone for more then 5 mins let him know you are reporting and you know he is a scammer .

Told me he was calling about my Windows computer, that he was a Windows tech., that someone was trying to hack into my computer. I knew he wanted to access my computer and told him I knew he wasn't what he said he was and hung up on him. I NEVER allow anyone access to my computer unless I have initiated a request to do so, like for repairs.

Hard to understand with accent. I told her I wasn't at my computer but I would call her back so she gave me this number to call 1-855-365-0555. Customer service for the company.

His accent was so thick and he spoke so quickly I didn't hear his name. He told me he worked for Microsoft and that my Windows computer had a virus. That made me laugh, out loud, for a while. I'm on my laptop every day, I fix computers for a living so I just couldn't help myself. I proceeded to tell him that I had a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, to which he quickly responded "Have a nice day."
DO NOT EVER GIVE ANYONE WHO CALLS YOU REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER.
I know it's been stated, but it simply can't be stated enough. -

Received several phone calls from Texas 1-214-228-4484. The person calling has a very strong accent and claims that he 'received a notification that there was an issue with my computer and that he needed to access it to resolve the problem'. Since I always call tech support when there is an issue with the computer, and I hadn't called for tech support in almost a year, I knew it was just another scam artist looking to hack into the computer. I told him to 'f*ck off' and I hung up, then dialled *60 and blocked his number. I will be sharing this info on social media to alert all of my friends and family. Please do the same, everyone!

My computer is hacked and sending out information. Company name: Tech Support affiliated with MicroSoft. He gave me the 32 character computer ID and when I asked how he connected that with my phone number, he said they got it from "local internet database". Kept asking to turn on your computer, go to your computer. When I insisted gave me his address as "Worth way Fort wots Texas" hard to understand with heavy Asian accent. When I hung up, he called back few times. Overall very rude and pushy.

The guy could hardly speak English. He was telling me I they had been receiving signals from my computer. When I told him I didn't own a computer he was saying something in a different language. When I asked him to repeat what he was saying he asked me if I know the saying F**k off? I said excuse me he said DO YOU KNOW THE SAYING F**K OFF? This guy is extremely rude! I was never rude or disrespectful to him to cause him to say that to me. Of course after he said it was rude back and he hung up on me.

The article states this just might be the biggest scam in the U.S right now.Caller name associated with number is Jeff Hahn. Caller has Indian accent. Both a man and a woman have used this number. Today they called me at 7:30 AM. They tell you you have a virus on your Computer. Hang up! -

Calls on Friday and Saturday morning at 7:30am. I was not home on Friday but the Saturday call woke me up but I didn't get to the phone in time. The caller did not leave messages. After reading the comments here, I'm sure it was the Windows scam. They have been calling a lot lately and I just say "I know this is a scam. Bye." and hang up. The early morning calls are probably to get back at me for hanging up on them.

This may be effective with some as many people call tech support for whatever reason, but I never did. This english-challenged person claimed to be from Microsoft tech support. Received call this morning. Person person with an accent told me that someone was using my computer for criminal activity. He asked me to turn on my computer so that he could help me. I doubt that he was ready to help me at all. My guess was that he was trying to break into my computer to use it for his own malicious purposes. Never let anyone on your computer when they have initiated the contact. Who knows what this guy really would have done?

A guy with a very thick foreign (Indian) accent called referring to my computer. He stated that my computer has been releasing multiple error messages and he could help out and wanting access to my computer. I started asking questions knowing full well that he was a fraud attempting to get information. Little does this idiot know that my husband is a Computer Programmer/Analyst. He started being an ass and I told him to F off and hung up. Be very cautious when it comes to providing anyone remote access to your computer as you may run the risk of loosing your identity. Even if you are the one taking the initiative to get help, do not let anyone provide you remote access.
