   Caller ID Seattle WA -- Informed me they have found a fraud and misconduct on my tax return. Thank goodness for my Panasonic Phone - I have just blocked them.

   Said I along with 600 people around the US won 40k. Wanted bank information for him to wire it to me claiming it was grant money for from the government days after I filled out apartment paperwork. Bull shit.

   called saying I won $14K in grant money. hard to understand, thick accent - my guess is arabic/indian accent. said if I didn't accept the money it would be sent to a "charity" and when I asked which charity he said "depends."
