It's comcast for a survey. I had just called customer service
tim replied 2016-11-04 13:09:53i was still on hold when comcast called for survey ???? -
Comcast. ONLY issue was that they said they'd call about 10-30 minutes after the thing was done, but it was more than 12 hours after the call when I got it.
-
I submitted a different number for a survey when agreed during customer service call 9/5/2018. They called a different number ( so thinking its spam I did not answer).
Absolutely HORRIBLE service from Xfinity ( answered by Indian nationals from India), They not only disconnected call( technical support personnel) when complained about speed throttling on my service. Also, I am using my own modem and they said they updated their service but only for modems provided by them. Essentially Tehy are forcing to buy their modem and will not mend or take responsibility. I will leave soon and go elsewhere. -
Call back survey on cust serv

This is COMCAST/XFINITY survey, calling back after some type of previous phone call. I recommend you answer, and if you've had crappy COMCAST/XFINITY SERVICE like 100% of the world, you let them know. Thousands, if not millions have left COMCAST/XFINITY because service calls are exported to India, the Philippines, Pakistan and other countries. But moreover, it's nearly impossible to quit COMCAST/XFINITY. They just don't want people to go.
Happy replied 2016-10-11 01:27:51I wish I had answered. I had GREAT customer service.Thesmartone replied 2016-10-30 01:37:39Well.... it's not hard to quit, you just switch companies. With all of the deals out there, other companies pay penalties for cancelling service to get your business. You, are just a fool that spoke before thinking. I do not like how the television/internet companies treat customers, but I can't stand directv or Verizon, so I put up with Comcast because the usage is easier.Gorgon replied 2017-03-24 17:00:06Bring all your equipment in person to the nearest walk in service center and deposit it on the counter and tell them you are moving. Service cancelled. -
I wanted to take a survey after talking with customer service at Comcast, but when I said hello, there was no answer...now seeing here, I assume it was Comcast.
-
I think it was comcast calling while i was on the line to comcast?? Brain dead?
-
this is the after call survey after you contacted comcast customer service
-
Comcast is the WORST company out there and I wanted to tell them so. But this automated call is not the place to do it.
-
Received a call from this number and the caller hung up when I answered. This is a Comcast number and I find it odd that a) I have no Comcast/Xfinity accounts b) my credit card was recently charged $373 for an erroneous Comcast/Xfinity Mobile charge (I don't have Xfinity Mobile.
-
Just wonder why Comcast care about the survey. They are so bad. I am sure if this Comcast goes away, a lot of people are more than happy to know. This is the worst company in my experience. It is shameful American let this type of company doing business.
-
I was asked to take survey from Comcast and when they called back, no one was on their end, no voice of any kind, automated or otherwise. Comcast has called before, for other business and, always, for last month or so, no one is on the line!
-
Comcast survey after talking to costumer service.
-
I SAID I would take Comcast's survey (because I was so frustrated with their phone tree). But the call-back was a robo-type call, and they didn't respond when I answered. Tough luck all around. But I am certain it was Comcast.

One month after upgrade the service, I have no cable, no phone, no internet, called to Comcast and they can't fix over the phone. now waiting for a tech. and on the top received a call from this number 2673881837 asking for a survey to which I decline with courtesy, and let them know NO to call me again.
-
Anytime you call tech support for something they call back with an a recording asking about your experience
misue54 replied 2017-07-06 00:49:10Only if you agree to take the survey.
-
This is from Comcast. I called Comcast this morning because I have a service tech coming today and I wanted a courtesy call of when the tech is getting close. While I was on hold to be transferred, I was asked if I would participate in a "brief survey" following the call. Since Comcast is notoriously lousy for customer service, I said "yes" so in case it went badly, I would be able to give feedback. After saying "yes" the automated service said they would call me back at my number "within 30 minutes." I had hoped to get transferred to the survey upon conclusion of the call and didn't know that they would be calling back after the call was handled. So they did call from this number and it is apparently Comcast doing that follow-up survey. I didn't answer though because I didn't know that number. It is safe to answer this call.
Gloria replied 2017-08-29 18:26:34You can call them back but will not be able to take the survey again. The number is only for taking you/your number off their call list. -
Not cool, someone from this number called me at 6AM. THANKS FOR WAKING ME UP JACKASS
-
Receive a phone call at 7:59 AM!! this was supposed to be a survey after 30 minutes of talking with them on 7-20-15. First, of all, the tech I talked to, I could not understand. Her accent was in the way of her English. Then, she disconnected me and didn't bother calling back on my cell phone. My phone through Comcast was no working--no dial tone, incoming calls went straight to voice mail, with no ringing on my end. We solved the problem on our own. Somehow our service came unplugged.
Do not call me before 9AM!!!!!!!!! -
I called Comcast for tech support.
I pressed #1 that, YES, I wanted to take the customer satisfaction survey.
Within 10 min. They called me twice from an 800# Each time I answered, the line was dead. Third time, they called, it was from the Pennsylvania #, which I didn't answer! I believe comcast has hired a mime for their callbacks!! -
Hearing it's a survey from others. I answered, said "Hello" twice, and they hung up. So if they are trying to survey me, I give them a 0.
-
Survey on your customer service experience. Funny because I had just waited for 57 minutes to speak with customer service about some charges and they wouldn't talk to me since the account is in my wife's name. I went through with the survey but it disconnected after I rated my experience a 1 on a scale of 1 to 5
Hatecomcast replied 2015-02-23 20:36:17Im on my husbands account but still would not talk to me without knowing the last 4 of his social, Comcast is such a rip off I hate them and their overpriced cablesecuritypurposes replied 2018-01-18 23:41:34reply to @hatecomcast
hey genius, every company that is reputable like internet/cable/phone/bank asks for the main account holders SSN for security purposes. it doesn't matter if you're conjoined or not. the fact that you're an adult and don't know this widely known fact amuses the hell out of me. -
They called twice, about 10 minutes apart. I didn't answer because it was 8AM on a Sunday. Sunday is the day I usually get to sleep in until 9 or 10. not today.
-
Comcast survey and or them telling you to upgrade your modem, etc. after calling them for customer service. Didn't answer.
-
It is comcast survey calling you. In my case they want me to discontinue use of them as my ISP. I only use them as a ISP and not a cable/phone company. They are upset that I use a android box to stream Netflix and other like apps with there ISP service and I"m paying for only internet and not other services they offer. They started with a net cap adapter on my line and I called several times to complain in a mannerly way of course <Killed them with kindness> and they send a tech out that installed a STOP CAP that was disguised as a Cable Bridge/Ground Strap in my box.
-
Comcast survey call after I hung up from them. Comcast suck big time. Downgraded to only internet (f/work) & they're charging me $85! Trying to switch to Verizon Fíos (or even Cox) if Comcast is not still monopolizing my area.
-
survey for post-call. called twice during call with tech support. called once after call with tech support but was just silence on the other end. at least comcast is consistent.
-
Comcast doesn't want to hear what I would say to them...
-
This is a call back survey that I agreed to. The problem is that they called multiple times while I was still on the call that the survey was about.
emma replied 2017-05-18 01:54:30Yeah me too. I guess they hadn't figured out I'd give a bad review yet since i was still on the call. Usually when I get the survey and select "bad" the survey conveniently never completes and hangs up -
This is COMCAST wanting you to take a survey and tell them how GREAT their customer service is.....LOL COMCAST is a MONOPOLY and they KNOW IT. They treat their customers badly and place all kind of bogus charges on your bill.....if the Feds would stop this monopoly, I would SWITCH
Joemama replied 2015-01-04 18:51:26Cable companies can only operate by a franchise agreement through the local county or city. The county or city can grant any provider the right to service an area. If Comcast is the provider, it's up to charter, cox, time warner, att or any private cable operator to come in and compete. If Comcast were a monoploy, they we go out and over build all cable providers and compete. The fact is, they don't. They respect other cable providers "turf". You will typically (there are exceptions) find one phone provider (att or Verizon) and one cable provider in a geographic area. Considering that you have a choice of two satellite providers, one phone company and one cable company in each area, I'd love for someone to explain how that is a monopoly? It's sad how many uneducated people regurgitate non-sense. Do you like your 25-100 Mbps speeds that you get from the cable company? It wasn't free for them to upgrade their network to provide these speeds to you. Google is great but they own no cable (fiber) infrastructure. That's why their deployments are so incredibly limited. Just because they say they're in Austin doesn't mean you'll get their service. They only build in to very upscale neighborhoods and one neighborhood at a time. Dig a little deeper and truly understand the industry that you are accusing of establishing a monopoly. You may also want to go find someone in market that has a crapoy provider and ask them what they'd pay for comcast Internet if they could get it.GreenSquirrel replied 2015-01-07 23:04:49Couldn't agree more. An evil corporation that is clearly a monopoly. This idiot 'joemama' below me clearly works as a Comcast exec and is laughing all the way to the bank. Some people are just ignorant and can't be reasoned with.mike replied 2015-01-12 22:53:39The internet that is said to be provided and what is provided are two different things. They promise super fast speeds but provide you with slow speed. There cable has problems several times per week yet they don't provide you with any credit. In my area they took over Adelphia and Comcast told us they will not upgrade any equipment until it fails on the pole. -
Comcast survey.
-
I did not choose to participate in their survey. They called about two minutes after I hung up.
-
called at least 4 x on friday - never leave a message
-
Comcast. Survey after you call them. Always select that you want to participate in the survey and they bump you to the front of the holding line then ignore this number...
-
-
they called at 1030pm left no message
-
Comcast rang me last month to participate in a survey to which I kindly declined. The telemarketer then was actually quite nice about it. Now this month I start getting calls from the same number again! I doubt my friendly tone will be received with the next call!!!!!
-
2 calls. I heard it is comcast
