Call asking for one of the managers by name when they are informed that person in not available they just starting asking for each of the managers by name. Will never tell you what they are calling about and get very upset when you wont give the call over to someone who they ask for. Also assume you are one of the people they are looking for just because you happen to be the one who answers the phone. Do not answer this call, the only information they gave is it was in regards to an email but wont give details.
