   microsoft scam! caller says, " microsoft has alerted us that you have a problem virus in your pc" i played along and when he said you didnt do what i told you because i cant get in the remote access to your pc. i said thats right! because i am not that stupid

   I have received a total 7 calls tonight from this company. They have threatened to kill my children and I. They are verbally abusive and I have also contacted the police! I hope this place gets hefty jail time and shut down permanently!

   Took a call from a guy with an Indian accent trying to tell me he was with Windows and doing a "check up". I interrupted him and told him to take his useless scam elsewhere and hung up on him... What a moron.

    Part of this new line of scam calls going around these days. The caller states that something is wrong with the computer, and then wants you to download various malware, scareware, or who knows what. Guy sounded like an older guy, so whoever is doing this knows better. It's clearly directed at senior citizens or others who aren't real tech savvy and would fall for this, and that's utterly deplorable.

    These cheaters phoned my mother and frightened her. They said that their computer was responsible for many error messages and faults and they wanted to help her. You should enter some commands in the command line and then download a program. Luckily, my mother on the computer only limited access, which is why the download did not work. It is ineffable, how I hate people like that.
