I spent a better part of today researching this number to get to the bottom of it. I posted early about Jodi who was very nice and directed me to the correct company. I called CALLERID4U and the ADMIT to owning and controlling this number. To stop the calls call 206-792-9399 and file a formal complaint with them and demand your number be removed from their call list. Then, notify the FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL and let them know that CALLERID4U has admitted that this number and it's fraudulent use belongs to them NOT to International Telcom, LTD and file a formal complaint there. These people call multiple times a day victimizing people, especially the elderly by promising them lower interest rates. Even if you are on the National Do Not Call List or tell them directly to stop calling, they will increase the number of calls to your number. Here is the phone number for the corporation in Washington that the phone number actually belongs to. Everyone needs to call and file a complaint with JODI at INTERNATIONAL TELCOM, LTD. His phone number is 206-479-5200. That company is the one responsible for these calls. Let's flood his number and make him stop the harassment!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way to stop the calls, and they usually call three times in a row every day at the same time. Calling the number back gives me another recorded call that won't stop. You can't possibly reply positively or negatively-it just keeps repeating - its been happening for months now

I am glad I am not alone these people are driving me nuts. I have reported 7 different numbers to the Do Not Call List, but they keep calling, I have spoke with someone and asked to please stop calling me and they hung up, these people need to find a job!!!!

Relentless! I get two or three of these calls a day, EVERY day. I've blocked as many of their numbers as my phone storage will allow, but they have more numbers than I have storage. I have requested removal from their lists. (Right.) I am on the national DNC list, not that it does anything. "Consider this your second and final notice," it says. If only it were true.

Obviously, the DNC list is absolutely useless as we keep receiving calls from this number several times a week. It's always the same prerecorded message about lowering credit card interest rates, etc. Total scam. STOP CALLING US!!!!!!!!!
