telemarketer robocall with automated voice (recorded real female voice) called itself Claire and asked a question about Medicare. A negative response prompted the autodialer to disconnect the call. Could not find the address but called themselves Safe Health Medicare and they DO have a website with no physical address and a cell number located in Amherst, MA. Web address is https://www.safehealthmedicare.com. Need a physical address so I can TCPA on them.

I might have a friend who you can talk to, but I'm not certain. He beat them by threatening their medicare sales laws violations. Don't deal with Shuster. Find an email for Mac Murray and contact him. Shuster is a lady, I have never spoken with Mac Murray. I have nothing against women. I'm just letting you know so you can identify who you're dealing with. Avoid Shuster. She won't settle. -

Illegal telemarketer who uses interactive robocall recording stating it's Stella at Safe Health Medicare. Their website is actually hosted in Pakistan and the number already has a lot of complaints for scamming.

ALL calls from Safe Health come from a company called Tobias & Associates Insurance. Tobias & Associates uses the Safe Health Medicare name and an offshore call center to spam people phones with unwanted spam. They do this because it's illegal to spam call people and Tobias can easily claim that this is not them. Safehealthmadicare.com has a "partner" page and it lists Tobias as a partner among a bunch of other "partners." I STRONGLY doubt they are dealing with any of those partners except Tobias. Tobias does this because they know that people can sue them for up to $3,000 per phone call. If you've been called by this scum, find a consult with a TCPA attorney or contact me by replying to this comment.
If you have been contacted by Safe Health Medicare and bought a policy through GetMeMedicare, you've probably been scammed. If you can prove they called you first, you can collect $1,500 per phone call. If they called you twice and you're on the national do not call list, you can collect $3,000 PER PHONE CALL!
