This number has called me so many times and i have refusede to answer. but this day, i wanted to find out who it was, so i answered. It appears this was a scam. As i was informed i was in debt and threatened with arrest. I simply hung up as I know im not in debt and the IRS dont call over the phone threatening to arrest individuals for non-payment. or whatever it is.
