They are trying to act like amazon and then send you a text message that they left a voicemail. Since voice to text is s feature in apple phones. It as a button to click to check your voicemail but that just calls them.
When you look at your voicemail on your phone its empty. -

Scam for sure . I was curious tho so I called using a private call and I kept pressing 1 but it kept going back to a recorder message machine saying same thing as what they told me in the above . -
