They said :I work for a local real estate investor, just seeing if you were interested in selling your home. If I can give you an offer that works for you, would you be willing to sell? I texted back I don't own any real estate sorry. what is up with this? Had renters contact me saying they get the same thing wanting to buy their homes but they are renters. Makes no sense at all.
