   This is a calling center to notify victims of crime that the criminal in question has a parole hearing coming up, are being moved to another facility, etc. The purpose is to offer protection to the victim so they know what's going on. You have to sign up with an email address, phone number and give a pin # so they know it's really you. Likely if you didn't sign up and are getting these calls, someone who was previously assigned your phone number did. They are actually providing a good service and are not spam. If you listen to the message, I believe they will give you another number to contact to speak to someone and cease the calls.

   That sounds like a GREAT service. Giving a peace of mind to some. This is a new phone number to me and they did not leave a message...I am hoping to block the call.

   This is VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday). They call to report when a prisoner has been moved to another facility or released. You must sign up to receive these calls about family members or a prisoner who committed a crime against you. They will call until you enter your pin# to verify you have received the info. If they are calling you because someone else used your number and hasn't updated with their new number, you can stop the calls by clicking the 'quick help' button at https://vinelink.com/#/home.

   This company has called me 14 times since yesterday and does not leave name of business but tells me they will keep calling unless I enter a pin.

   I get 3-4 calls from this number per day. Its always a recording about a sex offender. After doing some research, I found that a company called "Alert Xpress" is responsible. I have tried to unsubscribe from "Alert XPress" but I do not have a log in for this phone number and there is no way to recover an old password set a new one. I've been getting these calls for several years. I blocked the number but as soon as I switch phones, the calls start coming through again. I wish they would STOP CALLING ME!

   This number is for Vine. For them to call you, you or someone else registered your phone number to get notifications when an incarcerated inmate has a change in their status. It's a notification system that the person receiving the call has to sign up for.
