Starting about 3 weeks ago, my cell has received calls from this number 3-4 times per day. No message. I tried calling the number from a different phone and get the message this number is not in service. When I tried to look up the number another search site told me the owner is not listed for their privacy. So I"m being bullied with no way to stop it and no way to fight back. HELP!

Call 404-851-1551 That is the front desk for Noble System (WWW.noblesys.com) As them to refer you to the legal department. This company leases numbers to anyone. However under law in my state, one of my flight school students happens to be an attorney, Noble Systems is aiding and abetting those who use their numbers and services if in fact they are breaking the telephone code in your state. Most states have them and they may vary. ALSO go to your local Police Dept. and be firm that you are there to file a written Police report. By law the Police are required to investigate any criminal complaint. They may not do it the day you walk in, but it worked for me. 5 days after I filed the report a local Detective told me he contacted Noble Systems and gave them notice the next step is they would receive a civil warrant from the county court, if they failed to respond the company would automatically lose the case, say you file for 10 thousand dollars due to loss of sleep and privacy, the company don't respond on the given court date, you can begin proceeding with legal collection of your judgement which is good for ten years. ANYHOW within 24 hours after the Detective called Noble System my calls stopped from 513 8982070. Enough people call Noble System at this number and report that number, they may drop their account. 9.00am Sunday morning and I receive a recorded call re Kitchen Scrappage Scheme. The No. read 001513898207, now if this is from the USA. I live in Scotland. Question, do I have to go ex-directory to stop these calls? I have press the 8 button as requested to stop the calls but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Really fed up Pensioner.

That number is from a call center. So,outbound and inbound calls are for contract by any company that wants to use their system, some calls could be legitimate and some not. They are owned by http://www.noblesys.com/index.aspx and anybody BAD or Good could lease that phone number from them, anybody who wants to lease. The Owner company number is (404) 851 1331 .

When I answered I told them I was not interested and to remove our # from their list. I was asked why I was not going to listen, etc. that they were not selling anything. Said did I recently have problems with my back? When I told them I had surgery they hung up on me. How did they know I had problems with my back and that I was on Medicare?

this number called my house telling me my name will be put into a draw for $25,000 in JUne for being a loyal customer in buying magazines!? will be sending me a diamond watch, will send me 3 free magazines for 24 mths as well as 3 @ $3.80/magzine, & will wait for me to get my credit card. Said i wsnt interested,caller said in order to get my free magazines I had to pay for the others. still not interested. Caller accused me of just being interested in the free stuff - told him "he" called me not the other way around. then he accused me of stiffing them for the 3 magazines I would be paying for - again I said "you" called me!!! Caller than said nevermind I will cancel the order and hung up!!

Get calls from NobleSIPhony (as it appears on caller ID) with no number. Retraced as 513-898-2070. Telemarketing at its worst. We should thank Madison Avenue for all the troubles they have caused over the years with advertising and such. Advertising and telemarketing - 2 professions to eliminate.
