A call on Sunday morning for my husband and telling to call IRS 5303802641 for Keven Peterson. Both person on line have same strong accent. He asked if you have criminal attorney as you own IRS tax money from year 2006 to 2012(saying IRS audit tax for 6yrs). You will be arrested in 1hr30m because you didn't file 990form and owe $4998.38. He said a mail came to our address a month ago and was returned.... So scared. I drop the call.

I received a call today (Saturday) from a Lady with heavy accent asking me to call her Sr. Officer with the IRS said his name was a Mr. Gavin Peterson. I google the number before calling since it seemed like a strange call. So guess I won't call now with everything I read. Thank you

My dad took this message for me and a man answered "IRS" and then proceeded to tell me to get a lawyer because I owed $9887 and a good faith payment of half would keep the US Marshall from seizing what little I own. Funny because I am now on the phone with the IRS and have been on hold for 40 minutes. This guy answered in 2 rings.

Received phone call yesterday said his name was Ronnie & we needed to call him back or our attorney. Called but I began to question so asked how he could prove he was an IRS agent - he said when the US Marshall comes & arrests you you'll know. Big scam & they know alot of info without me giving them anything!!! called & reported to US Treasury said they were working on it already. By now you would think our government would already have this shut down!! Just don't give any info to these guys & ask for badge number & their supervisor!

Man with heavy indian accent called on 11/27/13 at 10:21 a.m. Left a message. When I called back, "Joseph? wanted to know if I had a lawyer. I asked why. He proceeded to tell me the IRS had found discrepancies in my taxes from he years 2008 to 2012 and I would need a lawyer. Said if it wasn't taken care of a police officer would come to my home and arrest me and take me to jail. And I would lose everything I owned. I asked him why did they just send me a refund check for over $2,000 in Oct. if I still owed them money. He said, Just get yourelf a good lawyer and look for the police. Then hung up! I really didn't think about a scam until about mid-way the conversation. It would have been 7:30am in CA. I just knew in my heart. But it was very scarry!

I received a call at 9am from 5303802641 in the morning of Nov.29 2013. It's black Friday. a lady speak English with heavy accent, said she is calling from IRS and something that I can't understand due to the accent. Caller ID shows California, I am in East coast. It's only 6am in CA,ther is no way IRS work this early. IRS never call you even there are some tax issue. That definitely is a scam.

Scam. Says I have tax issues and that if I didnt callher boss at this number, I'll go to jail. I called US Treasury at 800-366-4488 to verify and lodged a complaint. Then I called back this number, an indian man picjed up the phone. I told him michele asked me to call and tbst I was tracing snd recording this call for IRS evidence when I haul their asses to US jail. He hung up and didn't pick up my nect 10 calls .....

I received a call from a man with a heavy accent. He said it was a time sensitive call and he was from the IRS. He knew my name and said to call back before a legal litigation would start. It's a total scam!! Do not call it back!!! The IRS would never call without sending you a letter in the mail first. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!!!

I received the same message from a man with an accent named David Jones yesterday.I tried to call back a few times with no answer or there was a bad connection. I am going to call them today and see what these jokers say. I am also going to report them to the IRS.
