Very suspicious call they knew I had visa but wanted to offer interest rate reduction on unpaid balance to 6% but I don't carry unpaid balance so doesn't matter. I don't know why bisa would have a push person trying to give me a reduced interest rate but I'm thinking it was some kind of additional cost scam or why would a call centre person be pushing it.
