This is a fake charity - it's a SCAM. I've dealt with them before. Their operators are VERY aggressive and will accuse you of not supporting our veterans if you don't donate. Don't answer their call and don't call them back.

Caller ID says "Unknown name". This time a real person, not a robo call, asked for me by name. Said he was Veterans of America. He hung up when he realized he was talking to my answering machine.
