very intimidating men claiming to be investigating you for "misconduct". They sort of represent themselves as law enforcement. They are not. They left the number of 855-298-3420 on the card and when I called it, it is regarding a pay day loan from 2009.

This #has been harassing me under the pretense of needing personal information regarding a "case" I have yet to receive any details about. Caller identifies himself as Tony Banks and got very upset when I recommended he google his own name and number to gain some insight about his professional credibility. This man is a joke and a con artist i would strongly advise against giving out any personal information.

Got a call today from a man saying there is a claim against me and he has documents he is going to serve me at my work if I don't call the 866 number he gave me and let them know it is a mistake. very rude and he said he called my work and left my boss a message. I asked him what this"claim" is about and he said he doesnt know that info. I said then bring me the paperwork to my house and he tried to convince me to call the number and make arrangements with them. He also stated he doesnt receive incoming calls to 619-717-8546 yea he probably doesnt since he is using a phoney throw away phone!
