   Do not talk to these harrassing persons! They are third or more party collection company often collecting form debts form years maybe even decades, I owe nothing! They may call your number and think it is someone else, or trying to get in touch of someone they think is your neighbor even. If they think you owe something they can mail it to you, report this to the FCC and any other companies that you can as harrassing and bothering you, they have millions of other numbers they will call you from. They have done so to my number. If you block one number they will bombard you with other numbers even if you tell,them the person they want is not someone you know. They are harrassing and our government needs to shut his stuff down!

   This is supposedly a debt collector. They continue to call from hundreds of different numbers but same company portfolio recovery. I do NOT owe anything to anyone. They do not care about that. It doesn't matter that you may have a number from others. They will call and harrass over and over again. If you block one they call from their next number! I am getting really to file legal complaints against this company!
   
   Note for those that may have any debt they owe: This is a third party debt collector that buys old debts and pays very little for the big stack they receive hoping to get money from persons that owe the money. Legally ask them to send you proof thou owe them! You want documentation. They will not be able to provide it. Do not give them an address. Ask them to email it to a newly made email just for such matters. Again, do not put any contact info that you may be traced by on the new email registration. Do not talk to them about any specifics. Do not give them any information. Let them only say things and never even admit who you are. If you start admitting you owe anything then they can start the ball rolling for you to have to pay them. You do no owe them anything. Ask them to prove it! Then tell them you are recouped ing the telephone call and you want their name and employee I'd number, you want their mailing and physical address also. You want a direct phone number for them. They will give you every excuse in the book to not give it to you. Ask for a supervisor. Often they will even say they cannot give you a supervisor because there is not one there at the time. everyone has a supervisor and /or boss. If there is not one then demand to talk to next in line, basically harrass them back. Never give your name or other info. Never admit anything they have is yours or you. Again tell each one you talk that you are reporting them to the attorney general and other legal offices including FCC. Tell them never to call or contact you at any number and/or from any number. Tell them you are keeping track ofmtir harrassing calls they have been making to you. Write the credit reporting organizations and let them know you do not owe to this company and you need them to take this company off anything against our credit. Wish all luck. They just call, random numbers trying harrass many.

   I got a call on my cell phone while I was driving home from Walmart. I do not answer #'s I do not know. I also just blocked it from my phone. I do not talk on my cell phone while I am driving.

   Called asked for someone who wasn't me, I told her that THAT person was not me. I also told her that I had JUST GOTTEN THIS NUMBER. She hung up. Some other person this time a guy called me 4 more times during the day.

    Received call from this number (620 860 1566) on June 23, 2014. I do not owe any debt. I don't answer unknown numbers. Occasionally I get calls from this area code and number varies and I don't answer. No voicemail left.

    I got this phone call on June 27th, 2014. The lady said we have account link capital one. I told her I'm work now can't deal this with her. Could she leave phone # and name or we check it online? She hung up quickly. Actually we have never have account link capital one! and also capital on doesn't have this number.

    Just got a new phone & contract so I don't know who this is or what they want

    This call randomly came in this morning. The woman asked if she was speaking to and gave a full name without giving her name or where she was from. I asked her name and she said it was Katy. She then asked if I was this certain name. I told her she had the wrong telephone number. She said sorry and hung up the telephone.
    
    Later the same day I received 3 more calls from a 866-967-5820 without leaving a message. I believe the first caller is related to the 866 number.

    Caller sounded stoned. She said hi and then there is about a 5 second pause the she says hello. I think she flaked out. To many drugs in her system

    asked for me by name, knew it was a collector as soon as the call started "hi this is Amanda calling on a recorded line"
    told her I was not who she was looking for and if she wanted to leave a message, she declined and hung up.
