Ahh it all makes sense now. I was on some dodgy looking website sometime last week on the hunt to find some alternative study courses etc. I provided my number that was linked to some enquiry tab. Yes, okay thanks for the comments guys. Saved me sometime trying to figure it out!

I asked the man to stop calling me as I was not interested. He said that it didn't matter that he was going to keep calling me. As of today he continues to call me at least 2 times a day.

I complained to the national do not call registry and reported them and I hope that works but im still getting calls it may take a month for it to work.
