Caller from 678-293-4702 Ms. Smith, from National Credit & Checking Systems.
Claiming that i was going to be served at my place of employment from a debt owed to a bank (that i haven't done business with in 16 years)
Became verbally abusive (but no swearing when i refused to verify my address and last 4 of my social.
I began quoting the FDCPA violations, and she ssaid they are a law firm that doesn't have to follow the FDCPA (bull shit i know, but just letting you know what she said).
TO be honest I probably did have an over drafted checking account 16 years ago. -

Stating they are from NCCS callling about a debt from 2006 from first merit bank. Ms Davis stating I will be subpoena at work or home. And now a Ms Webston calling that my payment did not go through.Already reported it to the State attorney general's office
