   Called a day earlier to cancel movie channels. They called during dinner on a Friday night to do a survey on the call. I'm waiting for another call to ask about the other call about my first call.

   Its definitely D-tv calling. My family ordered a ppv via text last night. Within minutes, we got the follow-up call asking about our satisfaction with the ordering process.

   They called once yesterday and no one was on the line and I waited like 30-seconds. Today they called twice and i did not answer. After reading prior responses I guess it is DirecTV after my call this weekend doing a survey follow up...had I known that (no caller ID), i would have answered as the rep deserved an excellent rating. Oh well.

   Appears to be follow-up survey from Direct TV. I never answer calls I don't recognize. After 3rd call they left message thanking me for being Direct TV customer and asking for participation in survey. Wouldn't do that, but appears to be legit.

   I do not answer calls when I see a number I do not recognize I rely on my voice mail to filter out things I am not interested in. The people at this number do not leave voice mails they just keep calling. Any reputable company should understand this approach and what voice mail is for. With the amount BS that hits my phone I use my voice mail for this reason. Direct TV Leave a message do not keep recalling and recalling, Direct TV if you are reputable company leave a message and set your policy to leave massages one time then drop it. I do not want to tell people about my last experience with your operator and how you added a service to my bill that I did not order and never had in the past. Then after recognizing the error I had your customer service person remove the charge only to find on the next bill a removal (cancellation charge) $10 applied to my account next bill for removal of a service I never ordered. I had to make several long…… calls explaining the same thing to multiple operators to get my bill corrected. I was also told to pay the $10 new charge (not what they just said I now owe) or I will/may get a previous balance added to the next bill. I just can’t wait to see what on my new bill next month.

   I have received 8 calls in 3 days, finally a voicemail was left. They do not identify who is calling, but "if" I would like to answer a 4 question survey about service, to call back. I am sure this is in response to my downgrading service and the fact that they are dropping lines (Weather Channel followed by INSP, and of late CBS) without providing credits to the customers for the disruption in service. I did receive a $5 credit, but that should come automatically when there is going to be a disruption in service and not upon the customers calling!

    It is a follow up survey. I think you CAN trust it, they wouldn't have called you if you haven't got an affiliation with Direct TV in the first place. It is just annoying that's all.

    Sapm.It is an automated number for a direct tv survey. Called it back and got the auto ated message- NEver trust these numbers or similars.
