SCAMMER!! DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM! He is a scammer out of Kentucky (Shows as Murry, Mayfield or Sedalia, KY). Lists rental properties on Craig's List he does not own. He claims to be Ronald Hyatt (probably many others), but his real name is Melvin Crail. Will give you a sob story via email of being in an accident, can't talk on the phone, was told he'd never walk again and lives out of state (where he recently moved for his job as an Engineer) and can't talk on phone. Property will be priced ridiculously low (e.g., $800/Mo for a 4BR, 2BA house that would ordinarily go for at least $1,500/Mo), but he will say he doesn't care about the money, just wants "Godly" tenants who will take good care of it. Has no way to let you see the inside other than pictures (stolen from real listings). Uses GooglePhone or other untraceable numbers. Will email you an "Application" DO NOT SEND PERSONAL INFO!! Will try to talk you into sending a "refundable deposit" via MoneyGram to secure the property and take it off the market. THEN he will FedEx you the lease, and keys to go inspect the house. I've reported him to local law enforcement although I expect nothing to come of it. It's al God-awful shame that people like this exist.
