This number called to inform me that my computer was have serious network issues and that his company worked for Microsoft to help resolve such issues. I was having network interface issues related to my network card drivers. Anyway, he further said that he knew of the issues from network problems being reported to Microsoft and was calling to help, saying that people are trying to hack into my computer. Seems they are hacking into confidential files and calling to sell services or trying to gain access for fraudulent activity. I would not trust them at all.
How did they get notifications for the network issues I was having and how did they get my phone number. NOT GOOD! -

Clearly Indian caller named "David William"--- soliciting my information because "my computer has contacted them"... we've gotten this call at least 3 times (maybe many more) and they do not respond to requests to put on the "do not call" list

Becca reported number 7603923952 as unknown
An aggressive Indian male informed me that he was calling from Microsoft about about my Windows computer. I don't have a Windows computer and told him so to which he responded "Our files say you have a Windows computer. How do I know this? How do I believe you?". Well sir, it is not my problem if you believe me or not. He said "bad people" are trying to access my computer. I said it sounds to me like that is what YOU are trying to do. He quickly told me to have a nice day and ended the call.
