I've been getting calls from charter from a new number every couple weeks. This one has called me for the past two days. Gladly with my caller ID I can see where it is coming from and if it isn't from minnesota or wisconsin or is past 5PM I won't answer. No important call is past 5PM. The silly thing is that I don't even have charter. After I say that to the caller they hang up.

This number has been calling me everyday at very late times. I never answer and they never leave a message. I'm very irritated that I am getting calls from this number at 9pm or later everyday. I have now blocked the number. It would make sense that it's charter because I only have their internet and they constantly send me mail trying to get me to upgrade to their tv and phone package, which I've had and do not want.

This is Charter Communications. I work thrid shift and they constantly call and wake me up. So I decided to give them a tase of their own medicine i started calling them back and puting my phone on mute and just listen to them say hello. I asked them to take me of the list and they said it would take 45 days!!!

This number has called me numerous times within the past two weeks. Finally, I decide to call it back and someone immediately answered. They kept trying to sell me a bundle with charter, even after saying I wasn't interested. I called the actual charter number, going through the usual prompts, and asked if there was any call centers in Chicago or surrounding areas and there isn't!! The lady from charter was nice enough to report the number to the appropriate people's well as assure me they will find a way to stop the nuisance.

Like a stalker, they ring my phone but never seem to say hello. I am a charter customer for internet, I'm guessing they are looking to sign me up for more services. Very creepy that they do not talk, and they call at horrible hours like Sunday mornings.

How many times did they ring you? I have now counted a total of 8 times. Does that count as harrassment? or some form of noise pollution or something arather. Whatever it is, it is not necessary. Something has to be done about marketing calls that are getting out of hand.

They call me constantly trying to convince me to sign up for charter TV (we have charter internet at the moment. Phone is unavailable in our area) I have told them every time we do NOT want TV at all and quit calling, they still call back with he same speech about how we should and it'll end up being cheaper once our internet price goes up $20.
